Welcome to Making Time! Making time is about more than taking time for a one-off activity. It’s about regularly engaging in activities that nourish your soul. It's about making time for yourself. Developing a self-care practice to manage your stress before your stress manages you. All of us need to recharge our batteries periodically. Stress is prevalent in our society today. We are often surrounded by demands to have more, do more, be more - more, more, more! This stress impacts all facets of our lives and effects our work and play. Work stress is brought home and home stress is brought to work. That’s where Making Time comes in. I’ll discuss ways to cope with and manage your stress, ways to indulge in self care, goal setting and productivity, creativity and general health and well being.
